**SideCoachSports LLC Terms and Conditions**

**1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions**

By using the services provided by SideCoachSports LLC ("the Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use our services.

**2. Services Offered**

SideCoachSports connects young aspiring athletes and their parents with collegiate and professional athletes for lessons, recruiting advice, workout routines, and diet plans.

**3. Liability Disclaimer**

a. **Injury and Mishaps during Lessons:** SideCoachSports and its founders, Colton Sundloff, Luke Carrell, and Zach Carrell, shall not be liable for any injury or mishaps that may occur during a lesson, including injuries sustained while traveling to and from the lesson.
b. **Injury Resulting from Workouts and Diet Plans:** SideCoachSports and its founders shall not be liable for any injury or adverse health effects resulting from workout routines or diet plans recommended or provided by our coaches. It is essential to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or diet regimen.

c. **Financial Agreements:** SideCoachSports and its founders are not responsible for any financial agreements, contracts, or arrangements entered into by coaches, parents, or athletes while using our services. Users are encouraged to exercise due diligence and seek legal or financial advice when entering into such agreements.

d. **Personal Belongings:** SideCoachSports and its founders are not responsible for any personal belongings brought to or left at a lesson location. Users are advised to keep track of their belongings and take necessary precautions to secure them.

e. **Insurance Coverage:** SideCoachSports does not provide insurance coverage for athletes, parents, or coaches who use our platform. Users are responsible for obtaining their insurance coverage as necessary.

f. **NCAA Rules and Regulations:** SideCoachSports and its founders are not liable for any violations of NCAA rules and regulations by college athletes associated with our program. This includes, but is not limited to, receiving gifts or benefits without providing anything in return based on NCAA regulations.

g. **Background Checks and Coach Selection:** SideCoachSports does not conduct background checks on coaches. Users are responsible for selecting coaches that they believe are a good fit for their needs. The Company does not hold responsibility for the hiring of coaches who work for SideCoachSports. Any coach interested in joining our platform may do so. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are putting your young athlete in a safe environment during these lessons.

**4. Reporting Wrongful Behavior**

If any user becomes aware of a coach using our platform wrongfully or engaging in inappropriate behavior, please contact SideCoachSports immediately. We take the safety of our athletes seriously and will investigate any issues or situations to ensure the safety of all users.

**5. User Responsibilities**

a. **Assumption of Risk:** Users of SideCoachSports services acknowledge and assume all risks associated with sports training, including but not limited to physical injuries, health issues, and accidents. Users participate voluntarily and at their own risk.
b. **Health and Safety:** Users are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to participate in training sessions, workouts, or diet plans. It is essential to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions to the Company and its coaches.

**6. Termination**

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions.

**7. Changes to Terms and Conditions**

The Company may revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

**8. Governing Law**

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
