This one-hour session is fully customizable based on your individual goals. We can dedicate the full hour to pitching, where I will break down your mechanics and teach you how to efficiently use your body to increase velocity and improve accuracy. Alternatively, we can split the session into 30 minutes of pitching and 30 minutes of fielding, focusing on defensive fundamentals and improving overall athleticism. If you'd prefer to work on hitting, we'll cover the core fundamentals while also developing techniques to generate more power at the plate.
