Elevate Fitness Training (session)

At Elevate Youth Fitness, we are proud to offer a single session package 1-1.5 hour) led by a team of current and former Division I athletes and professional athletes. This session is designed to provide young athletes with the opportunity to learn sport-specific skills directly from those who have competed at the highest level. Our focus will be on improving key performance areas like speed, agility, explosiveness, and overall athletic coordination, all while tailoring drills and techniques to the specific demands of your sport—whether that’s basketball, soccer, football, or another discipline. Division I athletes will guide you through drills and exercises that are designed to enhance your performance, helping you refine essential skills such as footwork, ball control, and reaction time. Throughout the session, athletes will not only work on developing their physical abilities but also on improving their game sense and understanding of sport-specific movements and strategies. We aim to build confidence, foster growth, and create a fun, motivating environment where athletes can challenge themselves and see immediate improvements. This session is perfect for athletes looking to elevate their game, boost their athleticism, or gain an edge over the competition.
